Will Irvine
Founder & Project Manager
Will founded Lighthouse Construction Project Management in 2018 with the intention of serving both contractors and clients. Will brings 25+ years experience in the UK and Bermuda commercial, residential, industrial, and tourism sectors. Will is detail oriented and enjoys getting into the design elements to ensure fully developed plans are executed well on site. Will originally completed a degree in Urban Planning at University of California, San Diego. This is supplemented with a Project Management Professional (APMP) from University College, London. Nik Smale
Project Manager
Nik is the most recent member of the Lighthouse team. Having undertaken major engineering construction projects as well as a multiple residential refurbs in UK and Bermuda. Nik joined the team to help others follow their dream of building the perfect project. With an Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a career as a Design Engineer, Project Manager through to CIO/COO leading major business transformations, Nik brings expertise in planning, managing, and delivery of complex projects of all types.
